Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Puls and the content you generate, schedule, or publish through it. It supplements our Terms of Service. Violating this AUP may result in suspension or termination.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use Puls to create, schedule, or publish content that:

  • is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or deceptive;
  • contains hate speech, harassment, or incites violence;
  • is sexually explicit or exploits or endangers minors;
  • infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
  • contains malware, phishing, or links to harmful resources;
  • promotes illegal goods/services or regulated activity without authorization.

2. Prohibited Conduct

  • Spamming, mass unsolicited messaging, or inauthentic/coordinated behavior;
  • Misrepresenting AI-generated content in a way that violates platform rules or law;
  • Circumventing rate limits, usage limits, or access controls;
  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or reselling the service without permission;
  • Using the service to violate the terms of any connected social platform.

3. Platform Compliance

You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of each social network you connect (X, LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and others). Publishing through Puls does not exempt you from those policies.

4. Enforcement

We may remove content, disable features, or suspend/terminate accounts that violate this AUP, with or without notice where required to protect users or comply with law. Report abuse to abuse@puls.work.
