1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Puls, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Puls is an AI-powered social media management platform that helps you generate, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms.

3. Accounts & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use Puls. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Free trials last 7 days and can only be claimed once per account. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Content & Usage

You retain ownership of all content you create using Puls. You are responsible for ensuring that content you publish complies with the terms of each social media platform. AI-generated content is provided as-is — you should review all content before publishing.

6. Usage Limits

Each plan has monthly limits on posts and video generations. Limits reset at the start of each billing period. Exceeding limits requires upgrading your plan.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use Puls to generate spam, misleading content, hate speech, or content that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Puls is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to content published through connected social media accounts.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
